We just need a little more information before you can finish activating your card. We ask that you send one of the following documents stating your name and address to email@example.com.
Accepted: Hydro, gas, water, internet, home phone
Credit card statement
Must be opened for at least 3 months
For utility bills, we cannot accept bills that are for mobile phones only and the document must be an original electronic version received through email or downloaded from the issuer's website (PDF). Any scanned documents, screenshots or pictures will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to process your documentation. You will be notified once your document has been processed and can finish activating your card.
